All services are performed by our trained technicians and are subject to device availability, parts availability, and the specific terms outlined at the time of service. Cellutronix Atl reserves the right to decline any service request at our sole professional discretion.
Repair Service Terms
When you bring a device to Cellutronix Atl for repair, you confirm that you are the rightful legal owner of the device or have explicit authorization from the owner to have the device serviced. Our technicians will diagnose your device and provide a service estimate before any repair work begins. By approving the estimate and authorizing the repair, you agree to pay the quoted service fee upon completion of the work. Cellutronix Atl reserves the right to adjust the quoted price if the diagnosis reveals additional issues not apparent during the initial assessment, and you will be notified of any price change before work continues.
Device Data and Liability
Cellutronix Atl is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to data stored on devices submitted for repair or service. We strongly advise all customers to back up their device data thoroughly before submitting any device to our technicians. Our team will not intentionally access, copy, or use any personal data stored on customer devices. However, certain repairs may require a factory reset or other procedures that could result in data loss. By authorizing any repair service at Cellutronix Atl, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
Warranty on Repairs
Cellutronix Atl provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for completed repairs, the terms of which will be communicated to you at the time of service completion. This warranty covers defects in the parts we installed or workmanship directly related to the original repair. It does not cover damage caused by subsequent misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or unrelated hardware failure. To make a warranty claim, you must return your device to our Atlanta, GA store within the warranty period with your original service receipt. Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our technicians.
Phone Sales and Purchases
All phone sales at Cellutronix Atl are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent the condition of all new and used phones we sell. Customers are encouraged to inspect all devices thoroughly before completing any purchase. Cellutronix Atl does not guarantee compatibility of any purchased device with specific carriers or networks unless explicitly confirmed in writing at the point of sale. Payment Terms
All services and purchases at Cellutronix Atl require payment in full at the time the service is completed or the transaction is finalized. We accept multiple payment methods including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Devices left at our store for repair that have not been collected and paid for within thirty days of notification may be subject to storage fees or may be considered abandoned, at which point Cellutronix Atl reserves the right to responsibly dispose of or resell the device to recover associated service costs. Customers will always be notified before any such action is taken.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Cellutronix Atl shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or device malfunction following a completed repair. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service provided at our Atlanta, GA store shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
